Physical Requirements

This position if 100% remote. Must be able to sit or stand at a computer workstation Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, with some evening, nights and weekends required.

Job Summary

Responsible for prioritizing and responding promptly to customer needs based on severity levels. This role involves managing and documenting incidents and requests, problem management, deploying operating system images to computers, organizing and maintaining tools, and proactively detecting client problems. Will also manage the configuration and user experience of all Windows desktops, fulfill requests for application upgrades, file share permission changes, group policy changes, and printing configuration changes. This role requires responding to requests for incident support during and after business hours and taking ownership of identifying and resolving systemic issues. 



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Configures, maintains, and documents the following, but not limited to System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Active Directory and Group Policy.  Client Operating Systems (Windows 10, 11)  Managing File Share Permissions, workstation patch management, building and configuring software deployments within SCCM.
