Job Summary
The Monuments Workshop is hiring a part-time project coordinator (hybrid) to support our operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Community member and client intake – Regularly monitor and respond to emails and phone calls from community members and collaborators about workshop events.
- Leadership team scheduling – coordinate and schedule meetings and events with team members and collaborators, students, and other stakeholders. When available, prepare agendas, take notes, and send follow-up emails.
- Ongoing administrative project management duties
- Assist the Legal Director with maintaining confidential legal records for Workshop clients and projects
- Assist the Program Manager with the preparation of budgets and financial materials, grant reports, and coordination between other UK support offices.
- Develop, organize, and maintain systems for collaborative record keeping and project management.
- As needed, assist with event planning and preparation or communications.
This is an opportunity to support a growing, grant-funded, and community driven program.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Experience with customer service, client intake, student support, or a similar public-facing administrative role.
Proficiency with cloud-based platforms and software for project management (SharePoint, Asana,GoogleDrive, DropBox, etc.)
Attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
Familiarity with financial processing, scheduling, human resources, or other complex administrative processes is preferred .
