Compensation
$19/hour
Schedule
Monday - Friday; hours range typically between 11:30am - 3:00pm

Position Specific Duties/Responsibilities:
- Be an appropriate role model for students in care.
- Create and maintain an atmosphere which is beneficial to the physical and emotional health of students.
- Be responsible for guiding and directing the students. Participate in the assessment of the progress and problems of each student. Prepare students for successful living within societal norms.
- Organization, planning and facilitation of job site work.
- Time Sheets – The supervisor is responsible for rating the students, marking both positive and negative behaviors as well as marking any absences or instances of tardiness, and must sign the time sheet to return to the JRT Coordinator.
- Employment Evaluations - At the three week mark and at the end of the six-week program, each student will be evaluated. The student will get written feedback to help them identify areas where they are meeting their supervisor’s expectations and areas where they need to improve.

- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and be an enthusiastic team player
- Physical ability to actively participate in a variety of sports
- Ability to work effectively with clients, staff, families, and community contacts
- Ability to physically restrain youth after successful completion of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Availability for supervision of students from Monday-Friday 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
