About the role:
This role will support the business in determining operational performance, through data analysis and making recommendations to management for improvement. Variance analysis to budgets and cost analysis to real-world costs, with easy-to-understand explanations, are key for this position. Comfortable when being asked from various parts of the business (accounting, finance, operations, etc.) about the drivers behind data.
In addition, the Supply Chain Analyst will support implementation of new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software in terms of master data governance, data cleansing, data manipulation, and implementation.
What you will do:
- Responsible for maintaining KPIs to understand and explain business trends related to Supply Chain processes. Monitor performance and deliver feedback to management team of areas that are performing well or need improvement. This includes solutions developed through analytics that can drive business profitability.
- Support in implementation of new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
- Complete ad-hoc analysis for new business changes, corporate initiatives, supplier selection, and overall performance.
- Assist in creating monthly forecasts and bi-yearly budget process.
- Create new ways of looking at data that may yield increased profitability, efficiency, and/or risk mitigation

What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Mathematics, Business, or related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and data mining skills
- Strong ability to interpret large sets of data and explain trends, variances, and results to key stakeholders in a simple manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills including ability to influence and convince and serve as business partner to other functional areas
- Comfortable meeting and talking to new people to gather information, create rapport, and make informed decisions
What would be nice to have:
- Experience in AS400
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI data visualization reporting
- Understanding fundamentals finance and accounting

The pay for this position ranges from $76,147 to $92,251 annually. The specific salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and/or experience.
