Temporary Part-time Copywriter

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Temporary Copywriter to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role will primarily focus on writing engaging weekly marketing and acquisition emails, with additional writing support provided on an as-needed basis. • Write compelling, error-free copy for weekly marketing & acquisition emails, ensuring alignment with brand tone and objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and develop engaging content.
• Edit and proofread email copy to uphold high-quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and storytelling across all email communications.
• Provide additional copywriting support on an as-needed basis, including collateral materials, product descriptions, and social media content.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and assist with other writing assignments to support the broader marketing team when required.

What You'll Need:

• Experience: 5+ years of email copywriting experience, preferably in marketing, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Skills: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with keen attention to grammar, tone consistency and storytelling.
• Independence: Ability to manage workload efficiently, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, and basic understanding of SEO is a plus.
• Brand Awareness: Ability to embody Cooper’s Hawk’s brand voice and values in all written content.
