Monday – Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM MT or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM MT
The hourly pay rate for this position is $20 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

The Inbound operations team provides transaction services to each of Fidelity’s distribution channels. We support Fidelity’s growth with high quality, cost effective and innovative service solutions through talented associates and processing expertise.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 2 years’ experience in a role requiring solid interpersonal skills
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a data entry related role
- You have excellent communication skills
- Your high attention to detail
- Your ability to accurately key between 8,000-10,000 keystrokes per hour
- Your ability to effectively multi-task
- You are flexible and highly adaptive to change
- You have a positive attitude and ‘can do’ approach to challenges
- You possess the ability to learn and apply knowledge to make effective processing decisions
- Managing queue work
- Reviewing multiple databases to confirm if addresses still match or have been updated previously.
The Team
The goal of RPO is to protect customers’ assets by limiting account activity if we have a known bad address for a customer. Associates process from electronic images and perform searches across multiple systems to determine if the client has updated their address or if a bad address is still on file. This information is then provided downstream to various business partners within Fidelity.
