Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Workplace Experience Supervisor to manage office operations, space planning, vendor relationships, and workplace services.

This role ensures a seamless, well-maintained, and engaging office environment by overseeing office inventory, maintenance requests, floor plans, and the onsite cafeteria vendor. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, has strong organizational skills, and is passionate about creating a positive workplace experience.

Location: Bethlehem, PA

How You’ll Impact Results:

Office Operations & Services:

  • Oversee daily office functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment, addressing any operational issues promptly.
  • Work cross-functionally with appropriate departments to manage employee requests for office cleaning, new equipment, and maintenance.

Workplace & Space Management:

  • Own and manage the creation, updating, and maintenance of office floor plans to ensure efficient space utilization and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Provide recommendations and collaborate with external partners on layout, aesthetics, design and functionality of office space to create an optimal and inspiring work environment.

Cafeteria & Vendor Oversight

  • Own and manage the relationship with the onsite cafeteria vendor.
  • Address employee feedback, evaluate menu options, and oversee vendor performance, making recommendations as needed.

Administrative Coordination

  • Manage building visitor requests, facility tour scheduling, and communication to appropriate business partners.
  • Provide logistical and administrative coordination for large-scale organizational or Operations meetings.

Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success:

  • Required 5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities management or a similar role in a corporate and/or manufacturing environment.
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience in workplace design is plus.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and strong ability to build and manage relationships.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and proactively address office and associate needs.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and performance assessments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
