Collaborate with Investment Management Services to analyze and communicate monthly performance review, reporting and analytics.</li><li>Liaise and collaborate with Global IO team to understand overall P&amp;L impacts as well as help support official planning/forecasting processes.</li><li>Provide insight into investments optimization and decisioning, including driving investment efficiencies.</li><li>Analyze the impact of different prospect/customer segment initiatives and acquisition/customer marketing programs.</li><li>Partner with the business on recommended changes to optimize financial returns.</li><li>Manage complex processes and ambiguous situations collaborating with multiple teams</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Solid understanding of financial statements, and valuation skills (DCF, ROI, etc.); any card economics knowledge a plus.</li><li>4+ years of experience in Investment Optimization, or related field</li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional analytical skills and ease with complex data sets, including advanced Excel and programming knowledge a plus (SQL preferred).</li><li>Demonstrated excellent strategic thought leadership skills, as well as strong financial and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to create and maintain financial and economic models.</li><li>MBA or similar professional degree required.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Self-starter, strong organization skills.</li><li>Highly motivated individual with desire to work on ambiguous projects and the ability to break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages.</li><li>Ability to build relationships with business partners, and influence decisions with sound logic and analytics.</li><li>Clear communication skills – verbal, written and through presentations. </li><li>Ability to break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages.</li><li>Effectively manages multiple priorities and tight deadlines.</li></ul>Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
