Your Role: 
 As a Paralegal within our Finance department, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

<li>Preparing documentation for closings, including organizing, proofreading and assembling documents for transactions involving multiple properties and maintaining large deal files.</li>

Experience with title and survey review is necessary. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a strong cohesive team. Intermediate level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel) and document management systems. Overtime work available.
The salary range for this position is from $80,000 - $100,000, which reflects the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as the candidate's experience and qualifications.
