Areas of instruction include tools and equipment used in the flooring industry, safety, and installation of resilient, hardwood, tile and carpet. The Adjunct Instructor must prepare materials needed for course instruction; facilitate an engaging and focused learning environment; monitor, grade and evaluate individual student progress; maintain student records in the college’s student records management software; maintain appropriate documentation, and submit timely reports. This part-time position is not eligible for benefits and reports to the Clarksville Campus Director. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Scheduled class hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This is not a remote work position.

POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for delivering quality instruction in an equitable environment.
