Idaho National Laboratory (INL) seeks to bolster its current expertise in joining and welding of current and exotic materials. INL has traditionally excelled in the research, development and characterization of materials that support multiple types of advanced energy generation, storage, efficiency and security. You will need strong experience in joining and welding technologies, and the ability to utilize it for advanced manufacturing purposes. You are expected to support existing programs in fusion welding (arc, laser, etc.), including dissimilar metal/material joints.
