Description Idaho National Laboratory is hiring an Wireless Engineer to work in our Wireless Research department. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our REC facility with every other Friday off. You will report to the senior manager of Wireless Research. We are looking a research engineer to advance the state-of-the-art in physical layer wireless communication systems. This role will leverage experience in RF (radio frequency) engineering, digital signal processing, signal detection, and waveform design augmented by knowledge of AI/ML (artificial intelligence/machine learning) techniques to address the needs of high-consequence communications. This role will further require knowledge of C/C++ embedded development, FPGA (field programmable gate array) processing, Linux operating systems, real-time systems, and operation on constrained resources to facilitate the realization of advanced wireless concepts as operational prototypes. Recommend and implement best practices and improvements to maximize the platform's value. </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and management, to gather requirements, communicate changes, and align Salesforce solutions with organizational goals. </li></ol> JOB QUALIFICATIONSHere are a few skills you MUST have to be qualified for this position. <ol><li>Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience administering Salesforce basic configuration, user management, and support tasks.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including managing objects, fields, profiles, roles, and permissions. </li><li>Willingness to stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure the platform's optimal usage. Commitment to continually develop professionally and pursue additional Salesforce certifications to stay current in the field. </li><li>Ability to function in a Consumer business environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: PC, copier, telephone, etc. </li><li>Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
