The Maintenance Shift Supervisor located in Cleveland, OH is the first level of authority in the manufacturing plant providing leadership, coaching and clear direction to ensure people are working safely, meeting customer demand, solving problems, eliminating waste and meeting goals. The primary function of the Maintenance Supervisor is to plan, oversee and coordinate day-to-day maintenance execution of facility, equipment and machinery. You will be assisting in routine repairs of building systems and completing service requests. Key Role Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, painting/drywall, etc.</li><li>Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy</li><li>Respond to resident service requests; enter and track requests using a work order system</li><li>Keep all amenity areas in clean and operable condition.
