The successful candidate will provide quality instruction for student learning and maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom/lab, with a significant emphasis on teaching and evaluating students in the classroom.
Job Duties
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED. • Technical degree or diploma from an accredited institution • Must have at least three (3) years’ experience in industry • In-depth knowledge of electronics, variable frequency drives, mechanical maintenance, electrical motor controls, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, PLC (RSLogix), instrumentation, predictive and preventative maintenance, and industrial robotics • Possess the communication skills necessary to be an effective instructor • Show evidence of good character, organizational skills, and a mature attitude • Ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions • Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with students, the public, industry partners, and other faculty and staff • Skilled in managing deadlines and working in a team-oriented environment • Commitment to utilizing technology in the teaching/learning experience and willingness to stay up- to- date in developing instructional technologies 
Preferred Qualifications
• Five years of work experience in the industrial maintenance profession. • Knowledge of digital textbooks and digital learning resource platforms. 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Provide instruction to students in all phases of the Industrial Maintenance Integrated Automation Technology program curriculum • Monitor, grade, and evaluate individual students' progress, maintain student records in the college's student records management software, maintain appropriate documentation, and submit timely reports • Maintain good public relations with related industries and an active program advisory committee • Collaborate with outside agencies and industry to establish work-based education experiences for students • Collaborate with K-12 education partners to establish dual enrollment to full-time enrollment pathways as needed • Other duties include curriculum development, program accreditation, daily lesson planning, student recruitment and placement, follow-up of program graduates, participation in professional development activities, and student organizations

Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Project Manager is responsible for fully professional architectural work of considerable difficulty. Manages multiple aspects of the design and construction process for the Office of Facilities Development. Coordinates capital outlay and other facilities development projects to insure compliance with scope and budget. Serves as a liaison between the Board, campus representatives, architectural firms, and contractors.
Job Duties

<li>25% - Leads in reviewing projects for compliance with program, scope, budget, and State and Federal rules and regulations. - (Essential)</li>
<li>20% - Reviews plans, specifications, requisitions, and other related project documents for general conformance with the Board of Regents objectives. - (Essential)</li>
<li>10% - Coordinates the work of contract architects to ensure compliance with pertinent building codes, rules and regulations. - (Essential)</li>
<li>10% - Assists in preparation of project budgets and related documents. Prepares designer agreements and approves designer's pay request. - (Essential)</li>

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field and a minimum of 5 years experience in educational, institutional, or commercial construction projects. • Project management experience in the field of facilities design and/or construction 
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field and 10 years experience in educational, institutional, or commercial construction projects. • Experience as a project manager for higher education facilities design and construction • Current registration as an architect/engineer, or qualifying experience to obtain registration in Tennessee. 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
