Phoenix Raceway also hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including corporate meetings and conferences, charity events, holiday events, sport and endurance competitions, driving schools and Segway tours.Phoenix Raceway is seeking part time event workers in the position of&nbsp;Guest Services Event Staff.&nbsp; As a member of the Guest Services Event Staff, you will be responsible for bringing our guests an unforgettable racing experience. Event Staff will work select publicly ticketed events throughout the year.ADMISSIONS EVENT STAFFAdmissions Event Staff are responsible for bringing our guests an unforgettable race day experience! Admissions Event Staff will check/scan each guest's ticket or credential for valid entry through the grandstand gates or INfield Hub.GUEST SERVICES OFFICE EVENT STAFFGUEST SERVICES OFFICES – GSO Event Staff are positioned at Guest Services Offices that are located around property and in the Venue. GSO Event Staff must be able to think quickly, utilize their tools to provide our fans with accurate information in a timely manner, and ensure our fans have a positive race-day experience. GSO Event Staff are also responsible for managing the lost and found program, resolving any ticket discrepancies or issues, and taking fan feedback with a positive attitude.VENUE EVENT STAFFVenue EVENT STAFF are responsible for bringing our guests an unforgettable race day experience! Guest Services Event Staff - Phoenix Raceway

Phoenix Raceway also hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including corporate meetings and conferences, charity events, holiday events, sport and endurance competitions, driving schools and Segway tours.Essential Functions:<ul><li>Perform Fire and EMS response functions (fire prevention, fire suppression, patient assessment / treatment)</li><li>Perform track restoration functions (fluid spills, debris collection)</li><li>Practice and maintain professional work ethic and appearance.</li><li>Shifts range from 6-16 hours depending on event.</li></ul>Certification Requirements:<ul><li>Current Firefighter certification, Emergency Services background, or Motorsports background </li><li>Current BLS CPR card (ASHI, American Red Cross and American Heart accepted)</li><li>Current ACLS card (Paramedics only) (ASHI, American Red Cross and American Heart accepted.</li></ul>Qualifications/Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum age 18 years old.</li><li>High School Graduate/GED</li><li>Valid Driver’s License</li><li>Successfully pass a driving record check. (Preferred, not required)</li><li>Must attend mandatory annual training and complete required online training initially and annually.&nbsp;(All training is paid)</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Positive attitude!</li></ul> This is a temporary seasonal, event based position located in Avondale, AZ.
