Maintain open communication with the case manager regarding skill assessment and goal planning activities.</li><li>Develop training tools and techniques in coordination with case manager to address identified client needs.</li><li>Maintain all documentation pertaining to visits and activities as consistent with agency policy.</li><li>Conduct site visits as needed and directed by Supervisor.</li><li>Attendance at weekly supervision and staff meetings.</li><li>Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.</li></ul> Salary- $41,600 &nbsp; Position Requirements Three years’ experience working in a similar setting/and or working with people with mental illness. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Rehabilitation, Social Work or other related mental health discipline preferred. The individual in this position must have good verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to make sound judgments regarding client care.
