This position will be in our Plant 10 facility and will plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials. Participate in plant safety inspections and housekeeping audits.&nbsp; This position will be responsible for deployment ABS and EHS improvements across the shifts, focusing on employee engagement. Basic Qualifications: <ul><li>High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.</li><li>5+ years working in a manufacturing environment OR 1 year of Howmet supervisory/leadership experience.</li><li>5+ years supervisory/managerial experience.</li><li>​Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
