This group will partner very closely with the Symbotic PM and commissioning team.&nbsp;&nbsp;What You’ll Do&nbsp;<ul><li>Manage site specific Requests for Information (RFIs); Receive, escalate, and respond to all contractor and vendor RFIs in accordance with process SLAs.</li><li>Manage and update Golden Prerequisite (GPR)- Maintain daily site installation progress and commissioning readiness through the GPR tool.</li><li>Ensure site contractors and vendors understand the detail and scope of work for engineering bulletins, maintain bulletin matrix, validate work completion.</li><li>Lead kickoff meeting for adapter cell project scope.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and validate contractors and vendors deliver quality by checklist 650/630 sign-off.</li><li>Ensure that all missing material request validation requested from site for adapter cells are verified, recorded properly, and documented in the missing material matrix along with a root cause.</li><li>&nbsp;Support FCN Validation for site efforts in reviewing and assessing the validity of site FCNs along with the resource requirements and cost,</li><li>Upon the completion of Mechanical and Electrical installation scope, support the commissioning team in validating system functionality by performing hands-on trade support when necessary to ensure an efficient and cohesive commissioning process for each cell.</li><li>Perform and deliver the Reliability and performance checklists to ensure system functionality through commissioning.</li></ul>What You’ll Need&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or related field required.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 3 years trade experience in electrical installation, automation installation required.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience supervising or managing teams, trades contractors </li><li>Experience with industrial/robotic automation projects and ASRS projects. </li><li>Good negotiation and relationship skills, both in directing the technical team and ability to manage and reach solutions to competing priorities. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with using metrics and data analysis to drive process improvements. </li><li>Ability to provide critical technical thinking at the team level to trigger appropriate discussions around requirements, design, and process challenges that the team may face.  </li><li>Ability to travel up to 80%. </li></ul>Other Environment<ul><li>Hybrid, travel-based position.   Access to major airport preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Travel is required up to 80% of the time. Position Summary: This role will plan and schedule maintenance and instrumentation work in record to support a cell therapy manufacturing facility in an audit ready and compliant state. The CMMS Manager is the principal contact and liaison between facilities, production, quality, safety, and other supporting departments in relation to determining scope, timing, and execution of planned and unplanned maintenance work on various utility, laboratory and manufacturing assets. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Determine and clarify scope of work requests and work records.</li><li>Plan a general strategy of work to be performed (preventative and corrective), which may include the development of pre-task plans, permits, work plans, and job hazard analyses.</li><li>Plan work ensuring necessary resources (labor, parts, tools) are identified, and coordinates/schedules work ensuring equipment and resource availability.</li><li>Assist in the evaluation of the current maintenance, calibration, and certification related procedures and recommends changes to optimize management and administration programs.</li><li>Oversee the operation of the site's current CMMS to meet the needs of the business, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.</li><li>Assist with induction of equipment/instruments into the site's CMMs, provide expertise in the selection of instruments and development of calibration and maintenance events.</li><li>Develop, revise and review related SOPs or work plans for work related areas. Ensure accuracy of workplans.</li><li>Plan and support CMMS outage to minimize site impact to operations.</li><li> Enter, create and modify data in the site CMMS system, Blue Mountain RAM. </li><li>Maintain communication with stakeholders with information regarding the execution of their requests.</li><li>May be asked to pull data and reports from Blue Mountain RAM system to assist in the development of staff metrics. </li><li>Maintain and update metrics monthly. </li><li>Provide reports to support validation requirements, deviations.</li><li>Lead and act as a point of contact for onboarding Maximo</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelors in Engineering or related discipline, or its equivalent.</li><li>Strong knowledge of facility management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). </li><li>Knowledge of maintenance, operations and engineering.</li><li>Minimum 4 years' experience in one of the following fields: clean utilities operations/maintenance, biopharmaceutical process equipment maintenance, alignment if manufacturing schedule with the maintenance schedule</li><li>General understanding of building systems including life safety, lighting, electrical and plumbing</li><li>General understanding of critical utility systems such as compressed gas, vacuum, and HVAC</li><li>Experience in developing and following up on contracts with outside vendors in the performance of maintenance activities</li><li>Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as BMRAM and Maximo, preferred.</li></ul> The starting compensation for this job is a range from $92,000 - $115,000 plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
