As the assistant director of enrollment (transfer) in Savannah, you will be responsible for the evaluation of transcripts for all transfer students, including results from AP, CLEP, International Baccalaureate, A-Level and AS-Level, DANTES/DSST, French Baccalaureate, German Arbitur, and dual enrollment. You will enter transfer credits into Banner, produce and send transfer evaluations to students with letters of explanation, and meet with individual students to discuss the evaluation and other transfer credit related issues such as first quarter registration.In this role, you will also register transfer students into the appropriate classes for their major, taking into consideration transferred credits and course sequencing. You will register non-degree seeking, transient, transfer, certificate and joint-enrolled students; recommend the appropriate additional courses for incoming students; organize transfer evaluations and portfolios for review of studio credit; and review courses for current students for transient approval.
