Initiates, regulates and monitors intravenous infusions and blood products. • Delivers patient care competently. • Interacts with family and patient in sharing care plan while in the hospital and at time of discharge. • Informs patient and family of hospital procedures. • Makes referral regarding patient care needs to appropriate personnel. • Delegates tasks to support staff. • Performs other duties as assigned.Physical Requirements: • Work requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling. • Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies. • Must speak English in good, understandable terms. • Intact sense of sight, hearing, smell, and touch. • Finger dexterity. Critical thinking and ability to concentrate. • Must be able to respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions..Job Requirements: Experience, License, Certification, Registration, Education:• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. • Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program preferred. • 3+ years OR experience, ability to independently circulate OR cases in orthopedics, urology, general, plastics, spine, GYN. • OK state RN license required. • Covid Card • BLS (AHA) – Required.Deal Breaker: • BLS (AHA). • OK state RN license required.
