The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for sales to enterprise level commercial customers, including large business customers of both internet &amp; telephone services. This includes proactively identifying new customer sales opportunities, defining customer needs, preparing proposals, and closing deals.&nbsp;The primary position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Conduct proactive sales activities, including cold-calling and knocking on doors, proactive needs assessment, applications development, proposal presentation, order negotiation and post-sales service requirements</li><li>Negotiate to secure contracts with telecommunications decision makers in order to achieve revenue growth and retention.</li><li>Manage installation projects with various teams to ensure on-time delivery, successful turn-up and customer satisfaction</li><li>Respond to requests from customers for information, support, assistance, joint proposals, pricing, etc.</li><li>Respond to demand sales requests</li><li>Supports others within the sales/service team to achieve customer satisfaction</li></ul>Our ideal candidate will possess:<ul><li>Demonstrated success in telecommunications and internet sales to end-user customers, including strategic and large business customers and government accounts using relationship management and system sales concepts</li><li>Ability to sell to C level executives within an organization</li><li>Experience in systems selling, consultative sales techniques, customer needs analysis, sales opportunity development, and service improvement planning.</li><li>Technical skills related to network and transmission design and local access services</li><li>Product knowledge of both switched and dedicated services, as well as associated end-user and carrier applications</li><li>Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes</li><li>Working knowledge of general marketing principle tools and processes</li><li>Skills necessary for decision making and maintaining customer retention</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience selling B2B in technology environment</li><li>Exceptional presentation, negotiation and closing skills</li><li>Seasoned experience building a base of business</li></ul>Education<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Associate or Bahelor's degree preferred</li></ul>We're Proud to Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package Including:&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive compensation including base salary plus uncapped commissions plan (if applicable)</li><li>Paid Time Off/Vacation: 80 hours per year and increases based on tenure with the organization (**PTO/Vacation is specific to our West region and could vary within other geographical regions)</li><li>Paid Holidays: 7 days per year</li><li>Paid Sick Leave based on state and local ordinance</li><li>Insurance options including: medical, dental, vision, life and STD insurance</li><li>401k with employer match and immediate vesting</li><li>Tuition reimbursement program</li><li>Employee discount program</li><li>Gas mileage reimbursement</li></ul>***The base salary range in Washington for this position is $75,000- $80,000/yr, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.***Commissions at plan: Targeted commissions at full attainment are thirty-two thousand, four hundred dollars annually.
