Basic design skills are a plus!</li><li>Outbound Campaigns: Manage and optimize outbound email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.</li><li>Marketing Support: Assist with creating brochures, case studies, and other sales tools that help showcase our company's strengths.</li><li>Lead Research: Identify and source new leads using platforms like ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, and similar tools.</li><li>Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, track performance metrics, and generate insights for the sales team.</li><li>Event Coordination: Help prepare for and promote events such as webinars, trade shows, and other lead-generating activities.</li></ul> &nbsp;Knowledge and skills required for the position are:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).</li><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) to design simple sales materials.</li><li>Experience with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo or Seamless.ai is a bonus!</li></ul>If you're ready to bring your organizational skills and marketing savvy to a sales role that directly impacts business growth, we'd love to hear from you!
