Generates letters of admission and/or rejection to students. Interviews students, parents and others concerning institutional entrance requirements. Organizes, conducts and participates in receptions, college fairs and other special programs for prospective students and their parents. Composes correspondence to answer admission inquiries. Serves as liaison to several University departments or administrative areas. Maintains and enters admission information into database. Develops and nurtures relationships with students, parents, faculty, staff and other community members. Tracks and reports statistical data. Replies to phone calls, correspondence, and e-mail from prospective students and their family members. Conducts campus tours for students, parents, and other community members. Acts as liaison between prospective student and specific programs, IT, and office personnel. May be required to work UTEP special events such as commencement, Orange &amp; Blue Day. Etc.
