Concern Housing is seeking a Weekend Overnight Counselor who will be&nbsp;primarily responsible for the overall monitoring and safety of the residents and the sites. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Read log for updates, instructions, and assignments.</li><li>Enforce lights out &amp; television out in common rooms at 12:00 a.m. on weekdays.&nbsp; 1:30 a.m. weekends (Friday &amp; Saturday eve).&nbsp; Perform an initial walk-through to enforce this rule as well.</li><li>Filing, organizing charts, office cleaning, photocopying, etc., as assigned and/or as needed.</li><li>Provide brief counseling as needed, redirect to regular staff when appropriate.</li><li>Crisis intervention as needed.</li><li>Be available via office phone to residents to do all of the above as needed.</li><li>Perform hourly walk-throughs during your shift.</li><li>Unlock kitchen and pantries in both sites for breakfast.</li><li>Participate in monitoring of morning meds as needed.</li><li>Prompt clients needing to wake early.</li><li>Attend staff meetings as scheduled.</li><li>Attend agency forums.</li><li>Perform weekly fire safety system checks.</li><li>Perform 1x a month fire drills, at varying hours.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete a fire drill report.</li><li>Counsel clients on proper exiting.</li><li>Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.</li></ul> Salary: $19.00/hr. &nbsp; Position Requirements Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent along with at least two years of experience in a similar role.
