Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Plant Operations, the Maintenance Mechanic completes preventative maintenance tasks and necessary repairs, installs and replaces equipment, and assists other Plant Operations and Maintenance staff as needed. Assigned tasks include but are not limited to: carpentry, electrical, painting, and plumbing.&nbsp; Assigned to Kingsport campus after training and orientation in Blountville.
Job Duties
• Learn all phases of physical plant operations

• Assist with inventory, supplies, and receiving
• Assist with construction or modification of physical facilities when work is performed in-house
• Follow a set plan of computer-generated Preventative Maintenance work order program

• Coordinate repairs to leased facilities with the City of Kingsport and other outside authorities

Minimum Qualifications
• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field from an accredited institution OR • High school diploma and two years of relevant experience

• Facilities maintenance experience on a higher education campus • Experience using construction drawings to complete a project from start to completion • Experience in building and plant maintenance involving carpentry, masonry, painting, electrical, and refrigeration work

<h4>How you will change lives</h4>As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at US Renal Care, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team providing care and delegated activities of treatment to patients. The PCT will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse (CN) for patients with renal failure.<h4>What you'll be doing</h4>Patient care. You will work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment. Professor of Operations and Supply Chain (Transportation and Logistics) &amp; Endowed Chair The Department of Marketing, Management, and Supply Chain in the Woody L. Hunt College of Business at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) invites applications for a prestigious endowed chair position. The ideal candidate will have an established record of distinguished research evidenced by publications in widely recognized top-tier academic journals and be recognized as a leader in Operations and Supply Chain Management - Transportation and Logistics, especially on U.S.-Mexico trade and commerce issues. The faculty member will be appointed at the rank of full professor and is expected to develop collaborative relationships with the faculty and centers within Hunt College and other regional, national, and international entities to enhance the mission of UTEP. Responsibilities include scholarly research and publishing findings in top academic journals, instruction at undergraduate and graduate levels, and participating in the Ph.D. Program in Business Administration by mentoring doctoral students and serving on dissertation committees, serving on faculty committees, and engaging in community outreach specially with transportation and logistics corporations involved in the intensive U.S.-Mexico trade activities.
