Since our inception in 2012, EDP has helped more than 30 owners of well-run propane businesses transition to their own “next chapter” while benefiting everyone involved.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Installing, inspecting, and maintaining propane tanks, lines, and equipment</li><li>Conducting leak tests, pressure checks, and system performance evaluations</li><li>Performing repairs and troubleshooting on propane systems and appliances</li><li>Educating customers on safe propane usage and providing exceptional customer service</li><li>Collaborating with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities and upsell products or services</li><li>Maintaining accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory</li><li>Complying with safety regulations and industry standards at all times</li><li>Keeping up-to-date with propane industry trends, technologies, and best practices</li><li>This role includes on-call responsibilities, as the needs of the company require that you work past your regular departure time or otherwise outside of your regular work hours</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li><li>1-3 years of job-related experience (preferred).</li><li>Positive attitude, safe mindset, and great communications/customer skills.</li><li>CDL-Class B (Hazmat/Tanker) endorsements (must attain within 90 days of hire).</li><li>HVAC, Electrical, CTEP training (preferred, not required).</li><li>Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.</li></ul> <h4>We Offer Amazing Benefits!</h4>In addition to competitive wages, we are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to help support the physical and financial health of our employees and their families.Our benefits program allows you to customize your coverage, to select the best plans to meet your family’s needs while taking advantage of tax savings.
