<p>PBS Wisconsin and Wisconsin Public Radio seek a strategic and creative Director of Marketing and Communications to lead a highly creative and award-winning team to elevate the brands, increase audience engagement, and communicate the value of Wisconsin Public Radio and PBS Wisconsin across the state. This position serves in a leadership capacity for both brands and will support strategic planning and direction of the future of public media in the state of Wisconsin. The Director will create and execute comprehensive, integrated, multi-platform, marketing and communications strategies across broadcast, print, digital, and social media platforms, driving innovation that enhances engagement and grows audience. Our ideal candidate is a highly collaborative leader who can partner effectively, lead and mentor a team with a strong focus on fresh thinking and experimentation, and has a track record of driving successful comprehensive marketing and communications strategies. By leveraging data analytics and audience insights, the Director will identify and address opportunities and risks, measure effectiveness, and refine strategies to maximize impact. In addition, this position is responsible for leading comprehensive strategic communications to engage external and internal stakeholders including the public, employees, Boards and partners.
