We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the Grand-Rapids/Kalamazoo area.
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing water treatment solutions, managing and growing existing customer relationships, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in this territory.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the Grand-Rapids/Kalamazoo area.
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing water treatment solutions, managing and growing existing customer relationships, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in this territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement water treatment solutions for power plant customers.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement treatment solutions.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Technology, preferred. Minimum 10+ years of direct experience in the field and water treatment industry will also qualify, high school education is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in water treatment, specifically with power plant customers.
- Proven experience in sales and account management, with a focus on water treatment solutions.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment technologies and regulations.
- Ability and willingness to work in a range of environments, including heavy industrial facilities, and commercial & institutional properties.
- A full valid driver's license and willingness to travel (a learner's permit or G1/G2 class will not qualify).
