Job Summary

Accounts Payable is an integral part of University Financial Services and serves the entire University in settlement of valid invoices/claims for goods and services. This position is responsible for effectively interpreting, applying and communicating University Policies and Business Procedures and Federal/State regulations to internal and external customers. The ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures and learn the Accounts Payable module of SAP and Concur is required to ensure that all payments are accurately and efficiently processed and posted. Collaborate with campus, Purchasing and other UFS departments to effectively and efficiently provide procurement to payment services while employing sound stewardship and internal controls.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, Concur, basic accounting terminology, Interpersonal and Communication skills.
