Responsible for various accounting functions such as preparing ledger entries and reconciliations, preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties.
Essential Job Duties:
- Prepare consolidated and consolidating GAAP financial statements on a monthly basis (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Equity Rollforward).
- Prepare financial reporting for annual audited financial statements.
- Prepare fluctuation analysis for large income statement and balance sheet movements on monthly basis.
- Experience working with multi-currency and multi subsidiaries a plus
- Prepare a variety of technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures as needed.
- Experienced at updating technical accounting memos as required.
- Prepare Balance sheet reconciliations
- Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts owned by team Accountants
- Payroll accounting experience
- Proven ability to multi-task while meeting various deadlines
- Collaborate with FP&A team and Controller to deliver relevant and timely reporting of accounting reports for financial analyst to complete their monthly analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent degree and/or experience
- Advanced credentials such as a Master of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are desirable, but experience can be a substitute
- 5 to 10 years of recent relevant financial experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
