What is the Job?

As the Administrative Assistant for two departments at Colorado Gives Foundation, you’ll gain insight into the Foundation's operations, engage with donors and nonprofits, and support fundraising efforts, making a community impact.

This role requires attention to detail, catching errors, and enhancing communication clarity. You excel at keeping departments organized and prepared, often anticipating needs before they arise. This job could be a perfect fit if you thrive behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly and deadlines are met!

To succeed, you should have:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of experience in administrative or customer service roles.

Your essential duties and responsibilities as the Administrative Assistant will include:

  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and webinar facilitation.
  • Manage meeting scheduling, preparation, and follow-up for department heads.
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, including emails and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files; handle phone and visitor inquiries.
  • Coordinate travel, expense reports, and special projects for department heads.
