This position will regularly require sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time, and occasionally lifting objects over 10 lbs.
Shift
Monday – Friday, Day Shift; 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hrs/wk)
Job Summary
The Graduate Medical Education Benefits Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents and fellows by researching and answering questions regarding employee benefits provided by the University, the GME program. This position needs to reference GME Policy and Procedures Manual and University’s Business Procedures Manual.
In addition, this position is highly involved in resident and fellow on-boarding and orientation processes.
This position serves as a liaison to multiple University and Healthcare administrative offices for financial and benefit needs provided for residents and fellows.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Excel, Outlook Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills are required for this position.

Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree plus two years experience or Associate’s and four years of experience.
