Shift
Days. Typically, 8:00am – 5:00pm; Monday through Friday with some additional work hours outside the normal schedule required due to events and peak times.
Job Summary
Provide high level executive assistance to the Department Chair, Biomedical Informatics (BMI) Department Administrator, and Director of Operations for Institute for Biomedical Informatics (IBI) to plan, forecast, and assist in the completion of the monthly account reconciliations, including WBS elements, cost centers, and enrichment.
Maintain accurate records of all grants & accounts. Review status of budgets & projections for budgets, expenditures for all accounts. Eval Develop & produce reports necessary to monitor & maintain PM business operations. Develop review and reporting process to discuss monthly reconciliations with the Chairs, Department Manager, and Operations Director. Project current expenses to create the next fiscal year annual budget.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Microsoft Suite Proficient (specifically in Excel and creating budgets). Budgeting and Data Analysis preferred.
