Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage tracking and analytics of business performance against a brand score card (Brand Health Tracker, Nielsen, NABCA, NPD, ROI, brand P&L)
  • Create and execute in-store creative elements (i.e. signage, displays) that brings the brand(s) to life at point-of-purchase; closely partnering with internal trade marketing team.
  • Bring a digitally savvy approach by leveraging social & influencers to create culturally relevant brand(s) by via earned media, influencer strategy, and branded integrations
  • Budget Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of large and complex media and production budgets
  • Assist with the execution of breakthrough consumer and commercial programs and be able to drive them “through the line” (bringing advertising and activation into the retail store) linking key features and benefits for the trade. Be an active contributor to the annual marketing planning process.
  • Assist with developing insights and implementing new communications, including launching integrated campaigns from advertising, media, and PR to social and trade. This includes strong collaboration and management of partner agencies.
  • Assist with execution of selling tools, event execution, and local sales programs bypartnering with sales team on localized plans.
  • Assist with the project management of new packaging and liquids. Develop support tools to ensure successful launches. This includes strong internal collaboration with various departments.
  • Attend and represent the brand(s) at offsite brand activations and events

  • External: Agency partners: Advertising/Media/Digital/Social/Shopper/Events

Knowledge and Experience

  • BS/ degree in marketing or related field required, (MBA a plus)
  • Two plus years plus of brand marketing or marketing analytics experience within the Spirits Industry or FMCG companies.
  • Strong business acumen including project management skills, data analysis, and budget management
  • Exhibit a deep personal accountability for performance.
  • Highly collaborative with ability to manage projects independently from start to finish and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management, including senior leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Nielsen/IRI

The salary range for this role is a base salary of $85,400 - $113,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, and medical and wellness benefits. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience and skill set against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
