The Role
The Analyst role is a crucial part of the Carrier Management Team as we look to help millions of Americans make Medicare decisions. You will support our team as we look to expand our business nationwide. Key attributes that make up a successful Analyst are highly motivated, “self-starters” with a sense of ownership and are driven to succeed. You are successful working individually as well as within a team structure.

The role will include analyzing data and market trends to meet business objectives, research on insurance carriers and state regulations, assisting in support to our sales team, sales team onboarding, updating guides, cheat sheets, and reference materials for the sales teams, and various other projects as they arise.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in project management, operations, and data analysis preferred
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and business analysis
  • Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or Medicare is preferred, but not required
Skills
  • Superb communication skills that include an ability to actively listen, ask clarifying questions, and show an understanding of the needs of the stakeholder
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain focused with a positive demeanor when faced with unexpected situations, demanding business partners, and/or changing conditions
  • Strong computer and application skills, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Zoom
  • Ability to make recommendations based on data analysis
  • Ability to find opportunities to drive business and process improvements

The Team
The Carrier Management Team enables our sales team to be able to offer Medicare coverage solutions to our customers. We do this by partnering with insurance carriers, overseeing the licensing and contracting process, and developing our carrier relationships. Fidelity Medicare Services provides customers with tools and advice to help them select and purchase Medicare coverage that meets their health and financial needs. We are a health insurance broker, selling plans from insurance carriers.
