Outstanding opportunity exists to join Aspire Health Alliance as a Clinical Program Director of a CBHC!  Under the direction of the Vice President of Outpatient Services, oversees all operations of the Core Services under our Community Behavioral Health Center.  Overall responsibility for service delivery, fiscal management, coordination, and integration of care internally and externally.  Provides supervision of clinical, medical, clerical staff and interns. Maintains regulatory, quality assurance, managed care standards and requirements.

  • Works with clinicians and prescribers to provide quality clinical and medication support to clients including management of the multi-disciplinary team
  • Will value and promote a diverse workforce, creating a welcoming, inclusive and equitable work environment
  • Works with the Vice President to ensure fiscal management of the program and proper use of programs finances are adhered to
  • Oversees the intakes of all new and transferred cases
  • Ensures that all documentation standards are met
  • Oversees the operation and development of our telehealth services
  • Work within systems of care to ensure integrated team approach to care is given at all levels including medical and behavioral health
  • Develop and Implement quality initiatives that best meet the clinical and fiscal needs of the programs including monitoring productivity and quality of documentation
  • Supervises Assistant Program Director, Clinical Supervisors and Clinicians
  • Provides direct supervision or facilitates supervision for master’s staff to ensure that clinical and administrative standards are maintained
  • Works with programs to ensure that risk management procedures are followed
  • Assess training needs for programs and staff and works with training department to develop and implement trainings
  • Works with the licensing entities and payers to ensure that standards are met and exceeded

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to balance administrative needs with staff concerns
  • Must demonstrate ability to work effectively and respectfully with staff, interns, individuals, and referring agencies
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as a member of the outpatient management team
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail required
  • Strong presentation and training skills

Required Experience

  • Three-five years of previous clinical and administrative experience supervision within behavioral health programs
  • Experience with providing clinic based clinical services to children, adolescents, and families
  • Must be Independently licensed with a Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field
