Led by the Chief Operating Officer, AENB HQ drives the administration of programs and services provided by AENB, in partnership with Bank affiliates and executive officers. As the company grows, there is a need to strengthen first-line project governance and execution. The EPMO brings an integrated and consistent approach to how American Express governs and executes projects, better alignment to regulatory expectations, and implementation of industry best-practices.
