We seek a meticulous Clinical Research Data Lead to play a pivotal role in advancing our client’s mission to improve patient outcomes. Our client is one of the only outpatient medical clinics devoted to multiple myeloma cancer treatment and research. Led by a world-renowned oncologist and researcher, the center is a pioneer in creating cutting-edge therapies for patients with myeloma and associated blood cancers. The center is located near Beverly Hills in the Sunset Medical Tower in West Hollywood, California.

As a Clinical Research Data Lead, you will participate in all clinical research activities under the supervision and direction of the Principal Investigator.

To thrive, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of lead experience in a clinical research setting.
  • Proficiency in clinical data management, including working knowledge of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and FDA regulations (GCP, IND, IRB).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clinical trials and ensure timely, accurate data collection.
  • Familiarity with oncology medical terminology and strict adherence to confidentiality standards.

Your responsibilities as the Clinical Research Data Lead will include:

  • Manage and oversee data collection, transcription, and maintenance for all clinical research studies.
  • Collaborate with Study Coordinators to track patient progress, ensure protocol compliance, and maintain screening/enrollment logs.
  • Prepare and submit required regulatory documents for study initiation and compliance.
  • Negotiate and track study budgets, monitor payments, and manage invoicing in alignment with sponsor agreements.
  • Supervise and prioritize the workloads of Data Coordinators to meet deadlines.
