Coordinator, Research & Digital Insights
Summary of Position
Lionsgate is currently seeking a full-time Coordinator, Research & Digital Insights in our Motion Picture Group Marketing Department. This position will be a highly valued member of the Consumer Insights team and will report directly to the SVP, Global Research & Digital Insights.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Senior Vice President and extended Consumer Insights team.
- Maintain internal databases and ensure easy accessibility of past data deliverables.
- Track invoices and overall spend in the budget tracker. Liaise between the internal AP department and external vendors when necessary.
- Support team members in test screening preparation including site selection and assembling guest lists.
- Assist in the distribution and analysis of data to internal stakeholders including film tracking, exit polling, and social listening reports.
- Assist with digital data collection, including query writing and social media platform authentication.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, ideally in entertainment market research, consumer insights, social analytics, or related role at studio or agency
- Background and comfort with research design, methodology, and analysis
- Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Passionate about film/film industry
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
- Familiarity with survey or panel platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Toluna), statistical software (e.g. SPSS), or programming languages (e.g. R, Python) is a plus
- BA/BS in business, statistics, social sciences, or related discipline is a plus

Compensation
$47,000 - $50,000
