Position Summary:

The IT Enterprise Architect (Director Level), reporting to the Chief Information Officer, is the lead technical role within IT responsible for designing and overseeing solutions architecture that integrate digital and core business processes.

This role aligns IT systems and applications with business strategies to support data-driven decisions, streamline supply chains, and enhance customer engagement.

The ideal candidate brings expertise in CPG operations (supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and marketing) and leverages emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. This position also provides strategic consulting on industry trends, best practices, and adherence to technology standards.

Location: Bethlehem, PA

Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days in office per week

How You’ll Impact Results:

Strategic Architecture Development

• Lead the design and implement an enterprise architecture strategy aligned with Just Born’s business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define a scalable, adaptable technical vision and roadmap.
• Create frameworks to support connected supply chains, real-time analytics, and customer engagement.

Technology Governance

• Establish and enforce IT standards for security, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Align architecture frameworks with industry regulations, including data privacy and global compliance.

Solution Design and Integration

• Architect and implement solutions that integrate ERP, CRM, SCM, and e-commerce systems.
• Ensure seamless data flow and process optimization for inventory, product lifecycle, and sales analytics.

IT Innovation and Emerging Technologies

• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain) to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Recommend digital transformation initiatives to improve customer engagement and market responsiveness.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

• Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships to support business objectives.
• Communicate architecture plans to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Performance and Risk Management

• Apply best practices to mitigate IT risks and ensure scalability and performance.
• Monitor system performance to support critical operations like production and distribution.

Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success:

Education:

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.

·        Advanced degree (MS, MBA, etc.) preferred.

Experience:

·        10+ years in IT and enterprise architecture required

·        5+ years in CPG or manufacturing industry experience required

·        Expertise with ERP, CRM, and SCM systems; familiarity with platforms like SAP, Oracle, TPM/TPO, IBP, and MES/MOM.

Skills:

·        Leadership: Proven ability to inspire teams and achieve objectives.

·        Architecture Frameworks: Proficiency in TOGAF, MACH Alliance, or similar.

·        Technical Expertise:

o   Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

o   Integration methods (API, microservices).

o   Architectures (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, DaaS, IaC).

o   Emerging technologies and DevOps practices.

·        Collaboration: Strong relationship-building and influence skills in matrixed environments.

·        Communication: Excellent at translating technical solutions into business terms

·        Analytical: Strategic thinker with superior problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.

·        Customer Focus: External orientation with an emphasis on customer and consumer needs.

·        Proven leader with High EQ and people leadership abilities.
