Job Description

The Finance Manager is responsible for leading Finance, IT, Legal, Risk Management, Compliance and Governance at Cimcorp USA and Cimcorp Automation Ltd. This role works closely with the Head of Region North America and other relevant parties at Cimcorp Oy and other regions. Other responsibilities are related but, not limited to office management. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 10 years experience working in finance department, preferably for a technology company with project based and aftersales business
• Experience working in an multi-national company is a plus
• Demonstrated management, leadership, and delegation skills
• Proven experience supervising and leading a team
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and writing)
• Effective organizational, time management, and dual tasking skills with ability to prioritize tasks to meet customer demands without compromising quality of service
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
