
Financial Analyst I

Primary Responsibilities:
- Asset Management including:
- Fixed Asset acquisitions, disposals, depreciation and monthly reconciliation
- Manage bi-annual Fixed Asset physical inventory
- Property tax filing and accrual
- Intangible asset management (patents)
- Annual budgeting process
- Right of Use Asset Management
- Sales Taxes
- Manage all aspects of the sales tax system – Avalara
- Monthly reconcile sales taxes by state
- Set up new jurisdictions
- Concur (credit card and expense system)
- Administer company travel policy
- Credit card statement reconciliation
- Manage system requirements (new users and policies)
- Manage and issue company credit cards
- Manage company registered agent (CSC) reporting requests and compliance
- Banking and cash management
- Weekly payment runs and annual income tax payments
- Positive Pay
- Reconciliation
- Business Insurance management
- Financial support for Administration
- Budgeting
- Monthly reporting
- SW/Facilities Allocations
- The list is not all inclusive and may be subject to change. The individual should be willing to work on projects identified as critical and support team initiatives as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong skills and experience with Microsoft Office, with particularly high skills in excel
- Ability to work independently with a high-level of self-initiative and direction
- Strong team player and ability to work across functions
- Problem solver and critical thinking skills
- Goal oriented and commitment to meeting and delivering on requests
- Assurance of compliance with GAAP
Education Or Formal Training:
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or equivalent education and work experience.
Experience:
- Microsoft Business Central
- Concur
- Avalara
- Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in accounting preferred.

- None
Working Environment/Physical Activities:
- General office environment with each day spent at a desk or meeting with cross-functional teams.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk.

Total Rewards:
Compensation: Compensation will be commensurate with the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data and internal benchmarks.
- Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000
- Additional Compensation: Participation in a Company-sponsored variable compensation plan.
