Job Summary

The Gift & Estate Planning Legal Clerk shall provide support within the UK Office of Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement for the Associate Vice President for Philanthropy and Associate General Counsel in the preparation of gift and endowment agreements, and the administration of trusts, estates and other financial arrangements in which the University is the beneficiary.

Legal drafting.

Legal drafting, including contracts; Trust & Estates. Law school 1L – 3L preferred.
