Human Resources (HR) Director

Are you a visionary HR leader ready to drive growth and impact? Our client is a dynamic, physician-owned, and controlled management and development organization looking for an innovative and results-driven HR Director to shape their human resources strategy.

Our client specializes in clinic operations management and ancillary development/management, allowing their physician partners to focus on what they were trained to do…quality patient care! They aim to preserve independent individual practices while controlling patient care and operations. They have assembled a group of healthcare leaders with years of experience and knowledge that will assist you in accomplishing your practice goals while still allowing you to maintain control.

As a Human Resources Director, you will be a strategic influencer and corporate leader for all centralized Human Resources projects and functions. You will define, develop, and implement centralized human resources initiatives to meet and exceed the company's strategic goals. This is a hands-on position where you will engage across the organization to solve current challenges and improve processes.

Your responsibilities as the Human Resources Director will include:

  • Lead the development and implementation of talent management programs, including acquisition, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and DEI initiatives.
  • Advise and coach management on HR policies and practices, ensuring consistent implementation across all levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR systems and processes for compliance, efficiency, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to manage change, operational integration, and HR project execution.
  • Mentor and oversee HR Business Partners, ensuring achievement of KPIs and fostering a service-oriented, employee-focused culture.

To thrive, you should have:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience focusing on operations or employee relations, ideally in healthcare or complex, multi-site organizations.
  • Experience collaborating with executive and senior leadership, influencing decision-making, and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree and HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership in talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and organizational development in high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a track record of fostering high-performance cultures.

Best-in-Class Benefits and Perks:

Our client values their employees’ time and efforts. Their competitive compensation of $125,000 - $145,000 annually, depending on experience and extensive benefits package, enhances their commitment to your success. Our client’s benefits package includes:
