Responsibilities:
- Gather, identify, and record all incoming funding documents
- Work efficiently to meet aggressive service levels while still meeting accuracy requirements and volume expectations
- Create files for Funding, perform accurate data entry, review document completeness, and evenly disburse to a team of funders
- Maintain knowledge and expertise in a variety of proprietary and industry software to process loans. Such software includes Autocheck, Defi Solutions, The Work Number, Foxit PDF Editor and Excel.
- Assist Funders with completing verifications based on volume needs
- Assist the Funding Manager with the orientation and training of new Processing Associates and branch staff as needed
- Respond to department specific questions; research and resolve dealership or branch issues
Requirements
- Abide by AutoNation Finance’s policies, procedures, and standards
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Timely and efficient problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential data in an ethical and professional manner
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Prior experience preferred, however, training is available
