Role Objective
The Accounts Payable Sales Consultant is an integral member of the US SME AP Sales organization, reports to the AP Automation VP, and assists in growth initiatives within our with AP Automation Sales organization. The ideal candidate works with the VP and their team throughout the customer life cycle to uncover and deliver incremental growth opportunities. Create, support, and maintain sales pipelines and dashboards, drives internal lead management, support administrative efforts, manage client entertainment planning & coordination, trade show events, and maintain detailed client lists to accelerate new customer success.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive and manage pipeline reporting, dashboard creation and maintenance, establish data integrity within Salesforce
- Conduct client and industry research by leveraging multiple company provided systems to aid in efficient client entrenchment by APA team including providing analysis to support client charge volume growth.
- Support B2B program growth initiatives including vendor file analysis, lead submission and pipeline oversight, communication & planning with key cross-functional business partners to close leads, coordinate campaign reporting and cadenced progress communication with team, client, & partners, charge volume activation verification and beyond.
- Drive internal lead management oversight and closely partner with Marketing and GCA team and team in the tracking, management, and analysis of overall pipeline progression.
- VP and Director meeting and planning support linked to new client acquisition and expansion growth
- All client engagements must be facilitated with integrity, and in accordance with our values, with a focus on profitably delivering solutions commensurate with the prospective client’s needs.
- Provide client business continuity when AD Manager is unavailable or at capacity.
- Up to 25% travel may be required

- Ability to work independently in dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and work effectively across internal teams

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required
- Sales Force experience preferred

- Account Development / Sales experience, 1+ years minimum
- Experience partnering with clients across various markets / industries

Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $125,000.00 annually + sales incentive + benefits
