Manager, Data and Analytics

The Manager, Data and Analytics role isresponsible for planning, designing, implementing and launching efficient andsecure data processes and policies for the Company. The successful candidate will work acrossbusiness units and build a strategic plan for utilizing, validating andsecuring data across multiple systems. This is a hybrid position based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities of this position are:

  • Work with the Director, Enterprise Technology tooptimize a new enterprise data and analytics strategy for the Company, gainagreement across business units, and drive implementation and full adoption.
  • Develop a multiyear data and analytics strategy toaccelerate revenue growth, customer satisfaction and production optimization toachieve the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Oversee data strategy, data architecture, datagovernance, reference & master data, data analytics and data productmanagement functions across the enterprise.
  • Lead cross-functionalinitiatives in alignment and ensure data security internally and externally.
  • Develop a data single source of truth, businessintelligence, advanced analytical capabilities (ML/AI), process automation(robotics), and multi cloud capabilities across lines of business and corporatefunctions.
  • Apply analytics to gain actionable insights and drivebusiness and operational decision-making to achieve the organization’s goalsand objectives.
  • Evangelize the benefits of leveraging analytics acrossthe organization to accelerate adoption.
  • Ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality ofboth consumer and corporate information.
  • Chairthe data governance committee. Build, retain, grow, and lead a high performing multi-disciplinary team.

Minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, ManagementInformation Systems (MIS), or Business Administration required.
  • At least five years of Data Analytics experiencedelivering analytics solutions across the enterprise (consumer, customer, andoperations, supply chain).
  • Sales & Marketing experience preferred:Demonstrated success in driving business results through objective andfact-based analysis, understanding market dynamics, and translating consumeranalytics into actionable strategies.
  • Proven experience in working on cross-functionalinitiatives in medium to large companies. Experience with data integration andfile transfer between systems.
  • Experience with business intelligence, data science,AI, and machine learning platforms and models.
  • Career experience in consumer-oriented businesses(e.g., CPG, FMCG, Retail) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated abilityto communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language effectivelyverbally and in writing. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
