The Role

You have the opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team that is aligned with one of the most well-respected asset managers in the industry. As a Marketing Manager for Fidelity Asset Management Solutions Marketing, you will play a crucial role in coordinating meetings and events across the organization that will help deepen relationships with clients, grow and retain assets in proprietary products and elevate Fidelity’s asset management brand.

This role offers autonomy to manage, optimize and own an important business process while also providing the opportunity to collaborate across asset management and Fidelity’s distribution channels, driving success and innovation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the product owner and administrator of our Meeting & Event Planner tool, facilitating the scheduling of Asset Management speakers at client events, meetings, and industry conferences.

  • Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to key business partners, providing insights and supporting data-driven business decisions.

  • Collaborate actively with technology, sales, marketing, investment teams, and other partners to streamline processes and enhance the functionality of the planning tool.

  • Provide comprehensive training and day-to-day support to users, ensuring they are proficient and confident in utilizing the tool.

  • Analyze and evaluate current business practices and processes, recommend, and implement process improvements.

  • Coordinate, plan, and provide comprehensive support for select event programs, ensuring their successful execution.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or advanced degree.

  • 2+ years of marketing/communications experience working in financial services industry.

  • Knowledge of financial services and/or investment products.

  • Ability to think and act strategically, aligning work with broader business goals and plans.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills including the ability to understand and meet the needs and interests of various teams and functions.

  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, set timelines and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to analyze information, measure impact, and use insights to inform decision-making that drives continuous improvement.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and other relevant technologies.

  • Skilled at finding and utilizing resources to overcome challenges and improve outcomes.

The Team

Become a member of our team, and you will help empower the Asset Management business to be more productive, more aligned, and more capable of achieving their business objectives. The team manages critical business processes on behalf of Asset Management and equips the AM Marketing team with tools and resources to help enhance productivity and performance. The base salary range for this position is $71,000-$112,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
