Managers, Data Analytics
American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Managers, Data Analytics to deliver best-in-class analytics and insights for the Consumer Digital Acquisition funnel. Connect digital web metrics with transactional business data to uncover the website’s impact on the business. Turn disparate data into cohesive stories, driving actionable learnings and insights (inclusive of data visualization). Support experimentation plans in alignment with cross-functional partners. Author and present performance reports and project outcomes to senior leadership and business unit partners. Collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Position requires a Master’s degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field, and 2 years of experience with comprehensive data analytics and integration. Experience must include 2 years of experience with each of the following: Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to align analytics initiatives with business goals; facilitating cross-functional collaboration in complex, geographically dispersed environments; leveraging data insights to drive strategic decision-making and innovation; building and maintaining enterprise-level dashboards for performance monitoring; customizing dashboards to track key performance indicators and metrics; designing and conducting hypothesis tests and experiments to optimize user experience; measuring performance of A/B tests across web, native app, and hybrid platforms; querying and manipulating data using SQL Server and MySQL databases; extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources; data visualization using Power BI and Tableau; programming languages, including Python and R; and data interchange formats, including JSON and XML. Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week.

Salary Range: $115,357.00 - $165,000.00 annually
