The New Unit Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating and monitoring procedures to expeditiously complete construction of new Whataburger units. Responsibilities:
- Works collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintains relationships and sources outside consultants, brokers, and suppliers to coordinate construction activities.
- Develops and tracks project budgets.
- Facilitates execution of Development Plans by coordinating key project schedules, budget, and resource allocation plans.
- Identifies issues that might impede construction of new units and expedites their resolution.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to safety standards.
- Organizes, maintains, and updates site files.
- Communicates and implements corporate policies regarding new unit construction.

Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent work experience.
- BTEC Subsidiary/Extended Diploma in Construction & the Built Environment/ Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Construction Contracting Operations.
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
